Weight training and staying in shape is one thing I try to do. Notice I said try!! TRY... yeah ok.. Well this page will have some basic excercises my friends and I do to keep in shape,a diagram of your muscles, some pics of us during our weight training class, and a good website that will make a plan for you to get in shape.

Our workout routine:
3 sets of 12 for all

Monday
(light weight) Benchpress, chest press, and dumbell Press

Tuesday
Kick backs, chair dips and nosebusters

Wenesday
(heavy weight)Monday over again

Thursday
Run 1 mile, monkey bars and ropeclimb

Friday
Assembly line with all the dumbells we can find 10 lbs - 60 lbs curling them 10x each starting from heaviest to lightest w/ 3 sets.
